Robert Gaskell, FCP
Certified CPTED Assessor & Security Consultant
Robert is a certified CPTED assessor (FCP) and Security and CPTED Consultant with Tricorn, with extensive experience conducting over 100 assessments across Florida and multiple states nationwide. His work focuses on evaluating environmental design, lighting, and physical security measures to reduce crime and enhance overall safety.
A Central Florida native, Robert began his career in the United States Air Force as a nuclear missile technician, where he received specialized training in high-security environments. He later gained operational experience in a high-traffic airport setting before joining the team in 2020. Robert advanced to Dedicated Coordinator, overseeing more than 100 personnel, before transitioning into his current consulting role. He continues to expand his expertise through ongoing training and certifications, supporting clients with practical, defensible strategies in crime prevention and security.

Seth Ryan, FCP
Certified CPTED Consultant Multifamily & School Campuses
Seth Ryan is a certified CPTED consultant (FCP) focused on strengthening safety and security in multifamily housing and school campuses. A former law enforcement patrol officer and combat veteran, he brings extensive operational experience from multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as a U.S. Army Special Operations Ranger, along with prior service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Seth applies firsthand experience from high-risk and diverse environments to every assessment. His work emphasizes proactive threat reduction through environmental design, helping property managers and school leaders implement clear, effective measures that support safer communities and learning environments.
